Who Changed That? Meet the Activity Log

Every action is logged. See who did it and when. Filter it, search it.

We built the system from day one to be run by a whole team, not just one person. But the more people use it, the more often a regular's Saturday booking disappears, the weekend price isn't what you set, or the Thursday class starts an hour later than it did last week. Until now it wasn't clear who on the team had made the change.

The new activity log answers that question before you have to ask it. You'll find it under Settings › Activity log.

Everything that happened, in one place

Each entry says when it happened, who did it, what they did and what it was done to. Entries are grouped by day, and most of them take you straight to the item's page in one click.

The log covers everything: bookings, events, memberships, resources and services, settings, your team and devices. Filter it by person, area or period.

Only users with the right permissions can see the log (the Owner or Admin role).

A history on every event

The settings page of each event now has a History panel with its latest changes: when it was created, who edited it, which sessions were moved or cancelled. One click opens the full log filtered to that event.

You also see what our support team did

Our support team is happy to help. Get in touch if you're stuck, if something isn't clear, or if you just need a hand with a setting. At your request we can then access your dashboard directly and help you right there. The log always shows when support was given access, what they changed (each entry is marked Platform support), and when their access was closed.

If an action ever fails halfway through, its entry is marked Failed, so you know exactly what to double-check.
