- How much does it cost?
- The platform is completely free to use. We only charge a 3.6% service fee on online card payments. Cash or in-person payments are 100% yours.
- How do online payments work?
- We use Stripe to process online card payments securely. You connect your own Stripe account and receive payouts directly. Our 3.6% fee is deducted automatically.
- Do I have to take card payments?
- No. You can accept cash or bank transfer, take cards online, or offer both and let the customer choose. Free bookings are also fine if you just want a schedule.
- When do I get my money?
- Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account and are paid out on Stripe's normal schedule. We never hold your money.
- How do refunds work?
- Cancel the booking and the card payment is refunded automatically. Membership charges can be refunded one at a time from the member's payment history.
