Common questions

How much does it cost a club?
There is no monthly fee and no setup cost. A 3.6% service fee applies to online card payments only; cash and bank transfers are free.
Can we bring our existing members over?
Yes. Load your member list from a spreadsheet, and charging starts only when each member’s current membership runs out.
Can coaches use it?
Yes. Coaches get their own accounts where they run their own sessions and teams and keep the attendance register. They have no access to membership fees or the club’s finances.
Do we need a Stripe account?
Only for card payments. You can start with cash or bank transfer and switch card payments on later.
