Your team and what each person sees

The roles you can give people, from full access to read-only, and how to invite them.

Everyone gets their own login

If other people help you, don't share your password. Invite each of them instead, so they sign in with their own account and you decide what they can see and change.

It also means the activity log can tell you who did what, and when someone leaves you remove their access without changing anything for the rest of the team.

The roles at a glance

Owner and Admin can change things. The other roles are read-only, each showing a different slice:

You can have more than one owner, for example two business partners. A receptionist who only needs today's bookings, or an accountant who only needs the payments, doesn't get to see anything else.

Coaches and instructors

Coach is a role for the people who run your classes and teams. A coach sees their own sessions, the people signed up to them and the members of the teams they coach, and nothing about the rest of your business.

Coaches are invited from their instructor profile, not from the team page: open Instructors under Events, pick the person, and press Invite as coach.

One person can wear both hats. If you're an admin who also coaches a team, enter your own email there: your login gets linked to the instructor profile and you keep your admin access.

Inviting someone

Go to Settings › Team & access. Under Invitations, enter the person's email, pick their role and press Send Invitation. They get an email with a link that stays valid for 30 days.

Only an owner can send invitations. Once someone has joined, you can change their role or remove them under Members on the same page.
