Terms of Service
Last updated: July 25, 2026
By using Isopenat (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Service Provider
The Platform is operated by:
Livegames Kft. Registered seat: 1183 Budapest, Vajk utca 18., Hungary Company registration number: 01-09-380396 Tax number: 29135125-1-43 EU VAT number: HU29135125 Email: info@nevezz.hu
About the Platform
Isopenat is a booking platform available at isopenat.com (also available as mostszabad.hu for the Hungarian market). It enables businesses and service providers (“Organizations”) to create booking pages where their customers (“Customers”) can:
- reserve a court, room, table, appointment or other bookable resource, or book a service of a fixed duration;
- register for a place in a class, course or other group event;
- take out a membership or season pass billed on a recurring basis;
- join a waitlist when everything is taken.
We provide the software and the payment plumbing. The contract for whatever is actually booked — the court hour, the class, the haircut, the membership — is between the Organization and the Customer. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the services Organizations provide to their Customers.
Accounts
Organizations must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
An Organization can invite additional people — administrators, staff and coaches — and grant them access to parts of its admin area. The Organization is responsible for who it grants access to, for what those people do with that access, and for removing access when it is no longer needed.
Customers can make bookings without creating an account.
Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings are subject to the booking and cancellation policies set by each Organization, including how far ahead a booking can be made and how late it can be cancelled. Each Organization is responsible for defining its own rules, including refund conditions and deadlines.
Customers can self-service cancel their bookings according to the cancellation policy set by the relevant Organization. Refunds for cancelled bookings are processed according to the Organization’s policy and Stripe’s processing timelines.
Classes and Events
Organizations can offer events with a limited number of places. Registering for an event reserves a place for a specific session; it does not reserve the whole time slot or the venue.
An Organization can cancel a single session or a whole series. Where a cancelled session had paid registrations, the Organization is responsible for refunding them; the Platform will initiate refunds of card payments where the Organization uses them. Where an Organization changes the price, capacity, instructor or timing of a session, the Customers already registered keep the terms they registered under unless the Organization agrees otherwise with them.
Memberships
Organizations can sell memberships and season passes that are billed on a recurring basis through the Organization’s own Stripe account. When a Customer subscribes:
- The membership renews automatically at the interval shown at signup until it is cancelled.
- The Customer may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the Organization states otherwise, and access continues until then.
- Prices, benefits and the rules of the membership are set by the Organization, not by us. Any dispute about what a membership entitles a member to is between the member and the Organization.
- Refunds of membership charges are at the Organization’s discretion, subject to applicable consumer law.
Organizations may also record members who pay them offline. Those memberships are not billed through the Platform, and the Organization remains responsible for collecting from them.
Payments
Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Organizations connect their own Stripe account and receive payouts directly from Stripe. Organizations must comply with Stripe’s own terms, and we are not responsible for Stripe’s decisions about an Organization’s account.
A 3.6% service fee is charged on payments processed through the Platform, including bookings, event registrations and membership charges. The fee is collected automatically at the time of the payment, and we issue the Organization a monthly invoice covering the fees collected in that period. This service fee is separate from and in addition to Stripe’s own transaction fees.
Cash, bank transfer, or other in-person payments arranged directly between Organizations and their Customers are not processed through the Platform, and no service fee applies to these payments. Bookings offered free of charge carry no fee either.
Organizations are solely responsible for their own tax obligations, including issuing invoices and collecting applicable taxes. Where an Organization connects an invoicing provider (Számlázz.hu or Billingo.hu) with its own credentials, the Platform issues invoices in that Organization’s name and on its instruction; the Organization remains responsible for their content, numbering, VAT treatment and retention.
Waitlist
When a time slot is fully booked, Customers can join a waitlist. If a booking is cancelled, the next person on the waitlist is automatically notified. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a booking.
Notifications and Reminders
The Platform sends transactional messages related to bookings, events and memberships — confirmations, cancellations, waitlist alerts, invitations, invoices and reminders. These are part of the service and cannot be turned off individually by the Customer, though a Customer can of course cancel the underlying booking.
An Organization may additionally enable SMS reminders. Where it does, the Organization is responsible for having a lawful basis to message its Customers on the number they provided, and for the consequences of messages sent under its name. Message delivery depends on mobile networks and is not guaranteed.
Embedding the Booking Page
Organizations may embed their own booking page into a website they control, using the snippet the Platform provides. This permission is limited to the Organization’s own booking page and lasts for as long as the Organization’s account is active.
You may not modify the embedded page, obscure or remove attribution, present it as software of your own, or embed another Organization’s booking page.
Organization Responsibilities
Organizations are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the information displayed on their booking pages (availability, pricing, descriptions, staff and venue details)
- Setting appropriate booking and cancellation policies for their resources
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including consumer protection and data protection law
- Their contractual obligations to their Customers and members
- Issuing invoices and handling tax obligations related to the services they provide
- Any questions they add to their own booking, registration or membership forms — including not collecting special categories of personal data without a lawful basis for doing so — and for handling the answers lawfully
- Obtaining consent from a holder of parental responsibility where they enrol a minor and the law requires it
Organizations act as data controllers for their Customers’ and members’ personal data, and we act as their processor. Our respective obligations are set out in our Privacy Policy, and a separate data processing agreement is available on request.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the rights of others
- Upload or distribute malicious software or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems, or to another Organization’s data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s operation
- Use the Platform for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose, including taking payments for services you do not intend to provide
- Send unsolicited marketing through the Platform’s messaging features
- Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without our prior written consent
Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of Livegames Kft. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform without our prior written consent.
Organizations retain ownership of their content (business descriptions, images, pricing information) uploaded to the Platform. By uploading content, Organizations grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Platform.
Availability and Maintenance
We aim to provide continuous access to the Platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Organizations of significant changes.
Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as-is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for disputes between Organizations and their Customers or members.
- We are not liable for payment processing issues handled by Stripe, Inc., or for the acts of an Organization’s chosen invoicing or messaging providers.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- We are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from service interruptions, undelivered notifications, or missed reminders.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total service fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate an Organization’s account if:
- The Organization violates these Terms of Service
- The Organization’s use of the Platform poses a risk to the Platform’s security or other users
- Service fees invoiced to the Organization remain unpaid after a reminder
- Required by law or a court order
Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice before suspension or termination and give the Organization an opportunity to remedy any breach. In cases of serious or repeated violations, we may terminate access immediately.
Organizations may delete their organization at any time from the Platform’s settings, or request deletion by contacting us at info@nevezz.hu, in which case we will process it within 15 days. Before deleting, export anything you need to keep — deletion removes the Organization’s booking pages and records, subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy. Deleting an organization does not by itself end memberships billed through the Organization’s Stripe account; the Organization is responsible for cancelling those and for informing its members.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hungary.
For consumers residing in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will notify registered Organizations by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
