Your booking page and website

Where customers book you, how to make the page look like yours, and how to put it on your own website.

A booking page from day one

Every organization gets a public booking page at its own address the moment it signs up. It shows what you've switched on under Settings › General: free times to book, your upcoming events, and your memberships.

Your public booking page: https://your-name.isopenat.com

Nobody needs an account to look around. Customers sign in or leave their details only when they book.

Make it look like yours

Under Settings › Public page you can add:

  • Branding: your logo, a cover photo, and a brand color used for the buttons on your page;
  • About & contact: a few words about you, your email, phone and website;
  • Social media: links to your profiles.
  • Public profile: a photo, a role and a few words about each person customers can book or learn from. It is written on that person's own page in the admin — an instructor's under Events, a bookable staff member's where you set their hours — and appears on your page as Meet the team. A one-person business gets it as an introduction above the services instead.

A page with a logo and a photo looks like yours, and customers trust it more.

Share the link

Your page is only useful if people find it. Copy the link from the Public page button on the dashboard and put it wherever customers already look for you: your social media profiles, your Google Business listing, your email signature, a QR code at the front desk.

Under Public directory, the switch Let us advertise this organization lets search engines and our own listing point people to you. Turning it off doesn't hide your page: anyone with the link can still book.

Put it on your own website

Already have a website? Put the booking calendar right on it, so visitors book without leaving your site. Under Settings › Advanced › Embed you'll find a short piece of code to paste into your page, wherever you want the calendar to appear. Whoever looks after your website can do it in a minute.

Payment, confirmation emails and invoices work exactly as they do on your booking page.
