Court booking software for tennis, padel and squash

Players book and pay on your own booking page without creating an account. When someone cancels, the waiting list hears about it at once, the floodlights switch themselves, and nobody has to ring round to sort anything out.

No monthly fee. No credit card needed.

An animated example: customers book on their phones and the bookings appear on the staff calendar. When someone cancels, the next person on the waiting list gets the slot.

How it helps

A waiting list for cancelled slots

When a slot is full, players join the waiting list in one click. The moment someone cancels, everyone waiting gets an email, so the freed court is taken again quickly.

Reminders and self-service cancellation

Players get a confirmation straight away and a reminder before the booking, by email and by SMS on request. If they cannot make it, they cancel themselves, up to the deadline you set.

Automatic court lighting

With smart relays, the booking calendar drives the floodlights: on a few minutes before a booking, off after it, and only after dark. Nothing burns all night, and nobody plays in the dark.

Peak and weekend pricing

Charge more on evenings and weekends, less during the day, and set a special price for any particular day. Players pay by card online or on site.

Common questions

How much does the court booking software cost?
There is no monthly fee and no per-court fee. A 3.6% service fee applies to online card payments only; payment on site is free.
Do players need to create an account?
No. Name and email are enough to book. Anyone who wants one can create an account to see all their bookings in one place.
What hardware does the lighting control need?
A Shelly or Tuya smart relay, or any switch that can be driven by a webhook. An electrician wires the relay into the existing circuit, and setting it up in the admin panel takes a few minutes.
Can it go on our existing website?
Yes. Embed the booking calendar on your own site with one copy-and-paste snippet, or use the booking page you get with your account.
Can players book half an hour as well as an hour?
Yes. You set the slot length per court, and players can book several consecutive slots at once.
